The project area is located in Tbilisi Municipality, Vaki district, I. Abashidze No. 70. The area of the project area covers approximately 900 m² and is located at 470 meters above sea level.
The project object is a high-class aesthetics center, which is located on the first floor of the residential complex.
The aesthetics center is arranged on 2 levels, the second level of which is the mezzanine. The reception of the object is 2-light.
On the first floor, there is a children’s space, a beauty salon, a barber shop, and procedure spaces, as well as technical and support spaces.
On the second floor, there is also a hall combined with a smoothie bar, office, conference, and procedure spaces. The floors are connected by two staircases.
